Currently, Bristey ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada to ensure the safety and integrity of our home goods during transit.
What is your return policy for home items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your Bristey account dashboard.
